Ordering & Payment

Ordering is simple and all transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption and confidentiality.

At any time, you can click the "Shopping Bag" button to revise quantities or remove items from your cart. When finished shopping, click the "Check Out" button on your order page. You will then proceed to a secure page where you will be requested to type in your name, address, and billing information. If you have a coupon, enter the coupon code in the coupon/promotion box near the bottom of the page. Only one coupon code can be applied per order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks. We also do not ship COD.

If you use a credit card, the billing address you enter into your shopping cart must match billing address shown on your credit card statement. If this does not match, your order will be delayed until we can contact you and obtain the correct address.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return most items for a full refund of the original price paid, less shipping. Returns will be accepted for items purchased in the last 100 days and need to be in their original condition and packaging. Please include your original invoice with any return. If you are returning an item because of a mistake we made, we will gladly refund your return postage as well.

For your own protection we recommend you send your returns in a strong cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We also suggest that you insure your package. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and thus cannot credit you for these items. Items returned in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.

Please note that we DO NOT accept returns on the following items:

  • Special orders
  • Products that were originally purchased on clearance
  • Strands or pre-packed items that have been broken up, unsealed or otherwise altered, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled
  • Sold by the foot items in lengths under three feet
  • GoodyBeads.com Gift Cards
  • Bead Kits
  • Metal Stamps/Stamp Kits
  • Books/Pamphlets

Returns that total $100 or more

If you would like to make a return that has a value of $100 or more, you will need to first contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization number.

Returns sent in after 100 days

Returns received after 100 days of original receipt are not accepted, and we cannot therefore offer any sort of credit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We have a warehouse full of wonderful workers, but sometimes we make mistakes. And sometimes things arrive broken. When that happens, we will gladly refund your money or send you a replacement part, whichever you would like. These damaged/defective/incorrect items will be accepted for up to 30 days after purchase.

Please contact our Customer Service Department first to discuss whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
