How can I pay for my order?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks. We also do not ship COD. If you use a credit card, the billing address you enter into your shopping cart must match billing address shown on your credit card statement. If this does not match, your order will be delayed until we can contact you and obtain the correct address.

Will I be charged sales tax with my order?

Goody Beads is a Minnesota based business. We apply a 7.275% sales tax to all orders originating in the state of Minnesota. If you are a registered Minnesota business with a Minnesota state UBI number AND are eligible for tax exemption, please mail or fax your resale certificate or business license to the address/number below. Is it safe to share my credit card information on the internet?

We use the highest standards of encryption software for internet security. If you still do not wish to submit your credit card information through our secure site, please e-mail your order to us with a list of item numbers, description, quantity desired, and prices. Please also include your phone number or a way for use to reach you so we can obtain your payment information. We recommend that you do not send your credit card number through regular e-mail, as it is not encrypted and may be viewed by a third party as it travels the internet.

What happens if an item I want is out of stock?

We do our best to ensure that the items on our site are in stock. But if you happen to order an item and it is out of stock we will remove it from your order. If this happens to be the only item on your order, then we will notify you.

Do you have a print catalog?

No, we do not. Because we are constantly adding products and our inventory is always changing, a printed catalog would be out of date too quickly.

Do you have a retail store?

We are currently an online business only and do not have a retail store at this time.

How do I get coupons?

We do our best to offer DIY jewelry making products at an affordable price everyday. We also offer additional savings and special offers through online promotions posted on our homepage. At the bottom of our site, you can sign up for our newsletter which opts you in to receive emails on special offers and discounts. These are frequently sent to our valued customers like you! Be the first to know of any specials about to happen before the rest of the internet community.

Where is my order?

Our company uses a third party carrier to ship all packages. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the carrier. Since the carrier is the responsible party, they have more detailed delivery data available.

Our recommendation is that you contact the carrier directly; whether its USPS, UPS or Fedex, and provide your tracking number. They will be able to tell you where the last scan was. Customers who have used this approach have gotten their package delivered. We also recommend talking to your neighbors, if the package was marked as delivered, it is very likely in a neighboring mailbox.
